What we do is match the best senior living community choices to meet your current and future senior living needs in the Los Angeles and surrounding area.

CSP is a free senior living placement service for almost every senior; those that are active and independent, those in need of assisted-living, and those with dementia or Alzheimer care needs. Concierge means we make it our priority to find the right community, which will best meet your needs. In order to do that, we will personally visit and evaluate each community we refer to you. Once we are able to determine whether that community will meet our and your criteria and standards, only then will we make them part of our recommendations to you. We will recommend a community if we feel is suitable to your emotional, physical and financial needs, always keeping in mind that you come first.

1. Consult:

We want to get to know you so in our initial conversation or communications we will seek to get a better understanding of your needs and answer any of your questions. This likely will include phone conversations, completing an online assessment and setting a time to meet with you to personally discuss your needs & preferences.

2. Support:

Once we have identified the communities which we all agree will meet your needs; that provide the care, social stimulation, safety & comfort while meeting your location and affordability requirements, we will schedule tours for you and should you so desire or require it, personally accompany you.

3. Placement:

Once you've made the choice of the community, if you so choose, we will gladly assist with the move-in process, paperwork & moving arrangements. We will always be there for you before, during and after your move.
